Who is Shine & Bloom?

In 2011, our founder, Ricardo Dionísio, began his journey in wedding photography. He created Ricardo D. Photography. Fast forward to 2024, we are now a team of three full-time professionals: Ricardo, Maria, and Pedro.

As the team grew, besides photography, we decided to offer wedding films too, and it made sense for us to change our company’s name. In that exact moment, Shine & Bloom was born.

We wanted a modern and impactful name for our company. "Shine" evokes elegance, brightness, and special moments, while "Bloom" brings to mind blossoming and growth, symbols often associated with love and new beginnings, like marriage.
